You know what? Trends suck. I hate this! I hate this! Trends make people all want to do some weird and unnecessary thing, to feel "in" and "hip" and "cool". What is this? Why does everyone have to jump on the band wagon and feel like they are like everyone else? What makes them better than someoe by following a trend? Eh? Why? Why? Why? Why do people buy into this stuff? Why do people follow it? Why does it manipulate them?

I am not saying I do not follow follow trends at all, but I would still like to believe that I can at least think for myself and do/buy something without having to think if it's "in" or not. I buy things because I like them. Period. There are too too many people out there who buy things because of their trend factor, and it just makes me sick.
